The design is good.. especially the jQuery slider… The only problem i find is that the home page is reall big..
you may use post summaries with thumbnails on the homepage.. And there are two label widgets.. One the cloud and another label list..
thats all i have to say..
Btw your blog is pretty new. Focus more on what you write.. Make interesting posts.. and there you go..July 23, 2009 at 11:38 am #3515
Thnx for the review "Aneesh", I have removed the label list, I'm sticking with the cloud.
And I think you are right about the home page being big it also slows down the loading even on high speed connections sometimes
Will work on your points
Thanks again for the reviewJuly 25, 2009 at 1:24 pm #3516
you are always welcome..July 29, 2009 at 7:41 am #3517
I changed the template of my blog and worked on the things that you mentioned
Would you give a few min. to check if it looks better now….July 29, 2009 at 7:49 am #3518
every thing looks fine.. now it looks more professional..
the archive calendar is lil narrow and lengthy but that too is ok..
Now pour in great articles on your blog..July 29, 2009 at 8:24 am #3519
Thanks for the good comments!!!
Manchester Untied has called their activity in summer transfer, so no juicy stories or rumors to write
But, I have got a few good stories to write.
Any suggestions to make my blog more interactive
I tried to add chat widgets but they didn't worked out well, and slowed the overall loading of the page as well.
But I think I need something interactive and different.August 9, 2009 at 8:12 am #3520
Back in asking for help
that animated tag cloud I have been using is now becoming very very messy, I mean you can't even read the tag (or labels, whatever). Now, since I have got a lot of labels the label list that blogger offer also becomes hell long.
Any solution (other than 'decrease ur labels')???August 14, 2009 at 5:06 pm #3522
you can siplay only those labels which have a label count highter than say x
Adjust the cloudMin variable to set the minimum count of a label that can be displayed
