Who can help me improve my blog?

    Hi guys, I have already bothered Aneesh for some help, but don't want to take too much of his time, so I'm addressing my problems here to the public.

    I would like to know if anybody could help me with the following issues to improve my blog -- I have little to no programming skills. My blog is fitfuerchina.blogspot.com

    I have the following problems:
    - how can I add the "share facebook and twitter" buttons on top of each post, like here: http://www.bloggerplugins.org/2010/09/popular-posts-blog-stats-widgets.html.

    Right now I have the "Tweet" button on the bottom right and it looks really crappy.

    - When I add an affiliate-partner logo (or just text) with "add HTML/Java Script" on the bottom of the blog, the text starts at the very left, which looks really bad. There should be a margin of 30px or so. But I don't know where to enter this information.

    - Anybody knows how I can make the h2 in the same font as the standardtext, but in italics?

    - the text "ältere Posts", right below "retweet", runs in the the right sidebar.

    3.If you are trying to set the date header in italics, then
    add font-style:italic; below
    h2.date-header {

    4. Look for this and reduce the width on the main-wrapper
    #main-wrapper {
    currently the width is at 694px. you can reduce that.
