Some Suggestions..
1) The google search opens in a new window it would be much better if the search results are shown on the same page within your template
2)The feedjit widget is really large and looks little unprofessional.
3)Focus on what you write as it is a very new blog..

Well, I won't put your blog in my fav. list.
Good contents but there ain't anything else at all to offer.
Here are a few suggestion,
> The template don't match your topic: I mean if a person search u on google n is directed to the page first impression wont be an it web site.> Navigation ain't user friendly: Surely u got that category list but still it is not the best possible way to navigate your blog.
What u need to do is put them just below the header and make navigation tabs. Will increase the viewers stay time on ur blog.> Gives an un-professional feeling: Just looking at it give a feeling that a novice has done it. If u have no experience with web design then find good templates to work with.
> Make it a bit more interactive: Start polls, make a way for users to interact and try to make it more visually appealing.
Rest I will give u a 2.5/5 just because of contents. Work hard on these points and your traffic will improve.
