I saw a blogger blog which has rewrite rule in its post title (I am not sure if this term is correct) which makes the title differs between what's written in the blog and what's shown in the browser.
Example of what I mean:
The post title in the blog reads: BP Job Vacancy
What appears in the browser reads: BP Job Vacancy September 2011
See for example this link:
http://www.bilaboong.com/2011/02/lowongan-kerja-sayap-mas-utama.html
The post title in the blog reads: Lowongan Kerja Sayap Mas Utama
It appears in the browser: Lowongan Kerja Sayap Mas Utama Terbaru September 2011
Question: How can we do that?
The practice is like Wordpress' All in One SEO Plugin where you can write different title in title post and browser.
