hello
today when i woke up and went to my blog i saw that only 3 from 10 posts per page are shown i dont know how or why?
when i went to setting then formatting the number of posts per page are 10 please help me

Blogger is trying some new feature which dynamically sets the number of pages displayed per page. They do this based on the size of the page. They tell that they are doing this to improve the page load time of your blogs. I too feel that this is quite undesirable because the user knows what he wants and they should have provied the user to set this feature on/off . http://buzz.blogger.com/2010/02/auto-pagination-on-blogger.html
They should just have cut down the number of pages being displayed on label pages from 20 to what the users set on the Formatting Settings.

thank you very much dude i appreciate wat you did for me and your right yesterday i found that deleting some pictures from the topic and make it shortner gives more posts per page but if i host my site can this resolve my problem? if yes which size of hosting do you advise me? ( the size When i export my blog is 22 MB)
you cant stay with blogger if you want to migrate to some new host.You will have to use wordpress. I personally use HostGator - (The First Link on the right sidebar) .
