The design is good.. especially the jQuery slider... The only problem i find is that the home page is reall big.. 
you may use post summaries with thumbnails on the homepage.. And there are two label widgets.. One the cloud and another label list..
thats all i have to say..
Btw your blog is pretty new. Focus more on what you write.. Make interesting posts.. and there you go..
Thnx for the review "Aneesh", I have removed the label list, I'm sticking with the cloud.
And I think you are right about the home page being big it also slows down the loading even on high speed connections sometimes

Would you give a few min. to check if it looks better now....
every thing looks fine.. now it looks more professional..
the archive calendar is lil narrow and lengthy but that too is ok..

Any suggestions to make my blog more interactive
I tried to add chat widgets but they didn't worked out well, and slowed the overall loading of the page as well.
But I think I need something interactive and different.
Yup adding some javascript widgets will slow down the loading time!! and it would be better if you use feedburner for your feeds,instead of going by the default blogger feeds.This will help you to get more interactivity..I mean users can subscribe to your posts via email.. and you can also keep a count id your subscribers etc..
Back in asking for help
that animated tag cloud I have been using is now becoming very very messy, I mean you can't even read the tag (or labels, whatever). Now, since I have got a lot of labels the label list that blogger offer also becomes hell long.
Any solution (other than 'decrease ur labels')???
you can siplay only those labels which have a label count highter than say x
